Exchanges may happen if the product/s are unopened or unworn within 30 days from the date of received delivery. Art Inspired Creations does not pay for return shipping, we apologize. Please email us at artinspiredcreations@gmail.com with the subject "unhappy exchange" to start the exchange process. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide in the email details about your exchange so we can better service you in the future. An exchange is issued once the product/s is back in our possession. Exchanges can be of equal value.
